To: Giant RV Dear Bob, I just received a letter from Giant RV letting me know that it has been 6 months since I purchased my Weekend Warrior and inquiring as to my satisfaction with my purchase. I can't believe it has been 6 months already. It had been my intention to write much earlier to convey my satisfaction with dealing with you and also Giant RV in general. As you might remember, we tried for 3 weeks to purchase a Weekend Warrior from Venture Out RV, here locally in Bakersfield. During that time, they were unable to locate the trailer we were looking for. We wanted a FS 2600. When our patience wore out, we told them we would be looking around for a Weekend Warrior. At that time we were told that if we bought a trailer from anyone else, Venture Out would not handle any maintenance problems we had with the trailer, and no warranty work. Deciding that we did not like their attitude at all, we came home, looked on the internet, and called you. You were very friendly on the phone, and even nicer in person. The confidence you conveyed on the phone led me to drive 3 hours to look at the trailers you had available on the Giant RV lot. While my mom took a nap in the trailer I chose, we worked out the details and I went home a very satisfied customer. Since the time of our purchase, our trailer has been on about 7 trips. We had some ad-ons done and I had the pleasure of going to the factory. The Weekend Warrior is in our estimation the greatest trailer made, and we are so happy to own one. I have a new granddaughter, and we have already taken her to the beach and plan many more years of getting away as a family in our trailer. Thank you so much for helping us make our dream of owning a Weekend Warrior come true. We have recommended Giant RV to anyone who asks about where we purchased our trailer. In fact, our friends, Todd and Shelly Crain, followed our advice and went to Giant RV and bought a 33 ft. Weekend Warrior. We hope to send more customers your way!
